RADICAL GAMING SOLUTIONS, LLC offers a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for most products. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials included.

Receive refund within 5-7 days
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We gladly accept exchanges for defective items or incorrect orders. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +1 (404) 563-1639 to arrange for a replacement.
For exchanges due to customer preference (different color, model, etc.), the item must meet all return eligibility requirements. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
All products sold by RADICAL GAMING SOLUTIONS, LLC come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to facilitate repairs or replacements as covered under the warranty terms.
Extended warranty options are available for most products at the time of purchase. These extended warranties provide additional coverage beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period.
